Terms of Service
1. Who we are and what this covers
These terms are between you and Vifac Interactive Limited ("Vifac", "we"), [ADDRESS]. They cover the Vifac screen app, the Vifac phone app and our website. By creating an account or joining a room you agree to them.
2. Accounts and age
- You need an account to play. You sign in with your email and a one-time code.
- You tell us your age range. If you are under 13 you cannot have your own account; a parent can set up Kids Mode on their account instead.
- Teens (13 to 17) need a parent or guardian to approve and to pay for any subscription.
- You are responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your sign-in email secure.
3. Rooms, hosts and games
A room is opened on a shared screen. The host is the account that opened it. Other people join with their phones. Which games a room can play depends on the host's plan, the ages of the people in the room and each game's rating.
4. Free and Vifac Plus
- Free games are available to everyone. Plus games need an active Vifac Plus subscription or trial held by the host of the room.
- Vifac Plus is a recurring monthly subscription at the price shown when you subscribe. It renews until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps access until the end of the paid period.
- The 7-day trial needs a payment card. Unless you cancel before it ends, it becomes a paid subscription.
- Payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.

5. Kids Mode
Kids Mode is protected by a 6-digit PIN chosen by the parent. In Kids Mode only all-ages games are available, text entry is turned off and a child uses a preset nickname. A parent is responsible for supervising a child's use of Vifac.
6. Acceptable use
Do not cheat or tamper with games, harass other players, use offensive nicknames, try to break or probe our systems, or use Vifac to break the law. We can remove players and suspend accounts that do.
7. Games by other creators
Some games are made by independent creators and licensed to Vifac. They run inside a restricted frame and cannot access your account. A game only receives an anonymous player id and the data it needs to save progress. The creators own their games; Vifac and its licensors own the Vifac software and brand.
8. Your content
Nicknames and similar content you provide stay yours; you give us permission to display them to the other people in your room as part of the service.
9. Changes, availability and ending
We may change the service, add or remove games, and update these terms. When a change to the terms needs your agreement, we will ask again. You can stop using Vifac at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
